Steve holds certifications from the following major insurance carriers: State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Met Life, Nationwide, Florida Citizens, Hanover, Louisiana Citizens and others.   
 
Adjusted major catastrophic property losses in multiple states for several carriers. 
Adjusted losses in Australia. Canada and New Zealand.  Experienced in infrastructure assessments and evaluations internationally.  Direct Earthquake Claims Experience in New Zealand. 
 
He is also experienced in large-loss, commercial & condominium loss adjusting, inventory, business interruption,and loss of use claims.  His expert opinion has been called upon by the courts in matters of litigation.  Steve has also worked in the areas of onsite re-inspection, mediation, arbitration, litigation, project management, staff training, fast-track unit adjusting and file review.   Steve served as a file examiner, case worker and QC consultant with FEMA for the Sandy File Review Task Force, St. Croix (US Virgin Islands) Recovery Process, the Louisiana Road Home & Restore Louisiana Federal Hazard Mitigation Grant Programs.

Steve's automotive, truck and equipment background includes adjusting automotive fleet and individual claims for automotive hail, flood, environmental and body damage, seven years of TRUCK & CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT experience and nine years of automotive RENTAL CAR FLEET and DEALERSHIP mechanical and body estimating, management and training, and project managment.   Steve is also certified by ASE, IMACA, Isuzu, General Motors, Ford/Lincoln/Mercury,  KIA auto manufacturers in automotive service and management.
 
Steve is proficient in Xactimate,  PowerClaim, Mitchell Collision, ADP Automotive Software, UBS, Reynolds & Reynolds and Symbility estimating software programs.  He also works with Integra/MSB, AutoCad, US Home & Microsoft Software family.
 
Constantly striving to improve the quality and level of service to the industry, Steve is continuously updating his educational background with the latest industry-required continuing education and training.
